Please be sure to read ALL information regarding the 2025 Medina Safety Town

 

For children who WILL BE ENTERING kindergarten in the Fall of 2025, safety town will be taking place June 9th- 13th from 9:30- 11:30 at Waite Elementary. The cost is $55.00 if you live within Medina and $65 if you live outside of Medina.

Please know that once you have registered and paid for your child, if you cancel you will not be issued a refund.

• Where can I get a registration form?

  Please read all information on the "Forms" page of our website to learn how registration is completed.

 

• What is the cost and what if I can’t afford it?

   Unfortunately, we do not offer any assistance program for Medina Safety Town. The cost is $55.00 for students who live within Medina and $65 for those that live outside Medina.We only will accept online payment through our payment link that is linked in the registration form.

• Where do I send my registration form and payment?

   Registration forms will be filled out electronically. Payments will be made online through the link attached to the registration forms.

• Can my child be placed in a classroom with his/her friend?

   We do not take requests for this as all our students registration forms are put in alphabetical order by their last names. This allows us to find students easier.

 

• What if I have another activity planned that week for a few days?

   You can still sign up for Safety Town and attend the days you’re able, however the cost is the same.

 

• What is included in my registration fee?

   Your child will receive a Medina Safety Town t-shirt, drawstring backpack, bike helmet, and be engaged in many fun activities and learning experiences. They will meet many members of the community who are employed in safety occupations. They will also get to ride in a school bus and have the opportunity to see a fire truck and rescue squad up close!

 

• What if I miss the registration deadline?

   We do NOT take late registration due to having to order the t-shirts and drawstring backpack.

• Is there a snack time and and is it provided?

      No, we do not have a snack time, nor do we provide a snack. Since safety town is two hours long and many children have food allergies, we do not feel snack is necessary during their time with us.
